You can choose to sew on the patch or iron. Iron on Instructions:
1- Pre Heat The iron to high temperature
2- Place patch on garment embroidered side up
3- Place cloth over patch and using slow circular motion press firmly for 30 seconds
4- Let cool for 1 minute and if edges lift up then repeat step 4
5- For extra secure attachment you can sew on the edges
Do Not use on fabrics that cannot be ironed
Do Not steam
Never apply iron directly onto embroidered areas
